TXN Logistics was incorporated in the State of
Texas March 29, 2002 The company is owned by
Robert J. Murphy Jr. and his son, R. Joseph
Murphy III.

Authority
TXN Logistics has operating
authority in all 48 contiguous states, but the
core business is intra-Texas and the U.S. Gulf
States of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama,
Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona.
Services
The company's primary business is
in the transportation of ocean containers, and
in addition, provides cargo transfer and warehousing
services. JIT inventory control is also offered
based on customer requirements. The company has
a fleet of sixty owner operators. The number of owner operators
increases proportionately with the volume
increase during peak business hours.
Location
The company office and terminal
are strategically located at 409 1/2 Pearl St.
Houston Texas off of I-10 and McCarty Drive with
convenient access to the Kirkpatrick and
Lockwood rail ramps as well as the Port of
Houston. The company's three acre terminal is
fenced, lighted and locked during non business
hours, and suitable for parking up to sixty
loaded/empty containers.
